Full occupancy means that unfortunately there is no apartment available at the moment.
But that doesn’t matter, because you can simply subscribe to the “Info-Ticker” here.
Important! It only makes sense to subscribe if you are an enrolled or admitted student at one of the following universities/colleges: HHU, HSD, Fresenius Hochschule (full-time) & AMD, Düsseldorf location, Kunstakademie, eufom, Düsseldorf location, IU Internationale Hochschule (dual studies), Düsseldorf location or Fliedner Fachhochschule (full-time & dual studies). Students from other colleges/universities cannot rent an apartment with Campus Living.
The “Info-Ticker” will inform you as soon as an apartment becomes available again.
If an apartment becomes available, the applicants portal will be activated and you can send us an application directly online. To do this, you must register for the portal on our website.
TIP: After receiving the information through the “Info-Ticker”, speed is also of the essence!
You need further documents for the application. Therefore it is helpful and faster to have these documents already digitally ready:
- a valid certificate of study (or a substitute, e.g. confirmation of a study place)
- a valid photo ID (ID card, passport or passport with personal details, issuing authority and date of issue & any visas)
The self-disclosure form from Campus Living, which is also required, can be downloaded from the applicant portal after registration, filled in and scanned or photographed.
What content can I expect?
We will inform you as soon as one or more apartments in Campus Living become available and therefore the registration for the applicants portal for a direct application will be activated again.
How often is the “Info-Ticker” sent out?
The “Info-Ticker” is sent out irregularly and only when one or more apartments become available at Campus Living.
Double-Opt-In und Opt-Out
You will receive a so-called double opt-in e-mail in which you will be asked to confirm your registration for the “Info-Ticker”. You can object to receiving the “Info-Ticker” at any time (so-called opt-out). You will find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each “Info-Ticker” or the double opt-in e-mail.
Statistics and performance measurement
In order to optimize the “Info-Ticker” for you, you agree to our evaluation, with which we measure how often the “Info-Ticker” is opened and on which links the users click.
Deregistration by provider
Inactive subscribers will be unsubscribed after one year at the latest and all data will be deleted. After 2 years, subscribers are automatically unsubscribed and all data is deleted.
Privacy policy
Your email address will only be used for the “Info-Ticker” and will of course not be passed on to third parties. Detailed information about the handling of your personal data as well as about revocation options for the “Info-Ticker” can be found in our privacy policy.
